Basic Rules

- Kho and Chain Formation: The chasing team lines up in a straight row, with players sitting on the ground, alternating their direction (facing opposite sides). The active chaser moves around the court and can pass the chase by touching a teammate sitting in the row and saying "Kho."
- Dodging: Defenders run around the field to avoid being touched. They can change direction, stop suddenly, or dodge, but they must stay within the playing area.
- Time Limits: Each inning lasts nine minutes, with teams taking turns to chase and defend. The team that catches more opponents in the shortest time wins.
- Rules of the Chase: A chaser cannot cross the centerline of the field and must follow strict movement rules when running around the sitting players. If they break a rule, it is considered a foul, and the defender gets a point.
Winning Criteria
The team with the most points at the end of both innings wins the game.
